Damaged package? What to do?

At Kalisign, we make sure that each project is carefully packed to guarantee the proper delivery of your package. Therefore, your sign is meticulously wrapped and secured inside a custom-made box.

However, if you notice any anomal upon receipt of your package, here are the steps to follow.

Step 1: the reserve

We advise you to check the condition of package upon receipt in the presence of the deliveryman. If you notice any damage, ask him to indicate a "reserve" where  the position and the nature of the damage  will be specified.

Step 2: the outside of the box

If there is  damage on the outside  of the box, take a picture. We need proof to support your claim. 

Step 3: the inside of the box

Again, when unpacking,  take a picture of the potential internal damage  such as deterioration of the cushioning foam, for example.

Step 4: the product


Finally,  take a picture of the potential damage of the product , preferably inside in the package. 

Note:  we advise you to keep the transport box which will allow you to send back the damaged product.


We only have  7 days from the delivery date  to make a complaint to the carrier. 

After this period, we can no longer respond favorably to your request.
