I would like to get a quote, what do I need to send you?
Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote:
1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vectorized pdf, but any image will do the trick!)
2. The dimensions of your sign
3. The light effect needed (front, side or back light? A combination of those?)
If you have those three things, we guarantee we will send you a quote and mock drawings within 48 hours. If you are unsure of what are the best specifications for your project, get in touch with us and we will be happy to discuss the details with you!
What is your lead time?
Once you place the order and approve the final drawings for production, your will receive you sign 21 days after.
However, we understand store openings can have very tight deadlines. If you need a faster lead time, let us know and we will try to make it work!
Are your products suitable for outdoors?
Yes, all our Slimtek and Neon Effect signs come with the trusted CE label and are suitable for wet locations.
Our Alumtek letters do not have the CE label, but they are built with CE-listed LED modules and power supplies.
What is included in your cost?
All our quotations include sign price and shipping price (from our factory to anywhere you decide), plus a mock-up drawing of how the sign looks on and off. We bring the signs to you, we take care of the importation process and we pay for customs duties and taxes. There are no surprise fees. Everything is included in the initial pricing you receive.
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 30% upfront payment to start production. It can be paid via wire transfer or check.
The remaining 70% is paid upon reception of the sign.
